Ever since I can remember I grow up emerged in and around fashion. My mother is a fashion designer, she graduated from FDIM ( Fashion Institute) in Los Angeles Ca. I can remember hiding under the table and could not wait for her to start cutting fabric just so I could take the pieces that she wasn’t going to use and dash up stairs to start on a creation of my own.

However my grand mom knew everything there is to know about cooking. When I dig back much deeper my grand mom was the fiercest cook I knew, thats where my mom gets it from..LOL! I used to sit on this white stool that my grand mom had special just for me to watch and learn her cooking skills. It was so full of adventure and surprises to see how dishes could transform from nothing into something. I had discovered skills, tips, secrets and memories of things that still to this day I have yet to learn anywhere else. Thats the true beauty of food, you never know what one might experience through food.
